So, I have smoked a lot of weed by now in my life, I started up smoking weed almost every day again last year and this year, I feel my throat getting more and more fucked up. I have been having a bad cough the last couple days too. Right now my throat just feels like it is more sore than ever. If I keep this up every day i'm going to get cancer or something bad, I need to take this as a warning sign. I guess I will start going into hardcore vaporizing seems like the only way. I just need one peice for my vape I have to go look for in a headshop or some shit.
Anybody smoke every day for years on end? Is your throat always sore? Id love to know.

Maybe your just sick? Because in my years of smoking this hasnt happened, unless I was sick.

I take a big spoon of good honey each night before I go to bed, its a natural antiseptic and that way I find my throat don't get sore, you could try that! :)

Nope I pretty much never get sick, unless people cough on me. (which hasn't happened)
Yes balqis when I was like 10 years old and I had a cough or something, my grandma (RIP) gave me a spoonful of honey!! Haha I already know that tip but thank you for reminding me :D

you could eat it or vape it, ive never gotten a continuing sore throat. maybe when i smoked cigs too, but i dont really remember. smoke can be irritating to the tissues though, so its good to take a break, or just cut back occasionally. drink more teas (with honey of course!) and give your throat a chance to heal a bit.

Yeah I even smoked again like twice since i posted this. I can't help it weed is the only thing that I get seriously addicted to. I don't have my vape cause i'm out of town and i still need a peice for it too. I don't like eating it because it's too expensive to do that.

Btw, I swear before I posted this this thread had 4 replies and 20 views :D

I smoke between an 1/8 and 1/4oz a day, plus 2 packs of smokes... Pot has been since I was like 15 or so, (although it was a few years before I got up to where I am now), cigs since I was about 12, (again a couple of years before I was anywhere near 2 packs a day, and until a year or so ago, was 3 packs a day)...

The only problem related to any of it was years back, one of the cheap brands of cigs I bought (they were called "Smoking") caused me to lose my voice after 1 pack. I stopped smoking them, got my voice back, tried them a couple of days later and the same thing happened. Weirdly enough, I know lots of people who smoked that brand, and pot as well, and none of them ever had the problem.

But, as for your concern... at 18, have you smoked so much that you should be worrying??? lol, not even close...

    Na man, smokers coughs happen.

Just take a break for one week (I believe in you!)
and you should be good. (ay least that's how it happens with me.)

either than or you have a cold

maybe there's just something wrong with your throat, i smoked for like 4 years before anything happened with my throat (i got this gross infection) i asked my doctor if it had to do with smoking weed or cigarettes and he said less likely the marijuana ..........
