no, sorry JT, i'm afraid it doesn't... unless the dog actually comes upto you, paws you in/on your unmentionables and says "hey handsome, would you mind awfully if i/you.... blah blah blah" or just plain "would you mind fucking me stupid?" or something along those lines, then there is no consent... something in writing would be even better... and, btw if a dog/bitch looks at you and winks, he/she probably has something in his/her eye
