Hi. I've been smoking for almost 5 years without ever taking a break. Anyhow, I decided to take a 1 month tolerance break. Now, every time I smoke I get this sick feeling. I feel very flushed and dehydrated, as well as the feeling like I'm going to puke. I never have puked but I wouldn't doubt that if I smoked enough I would. What could be the cause of this? Nothing like this has ever happened before. Any help?

I drink at least 2-3 bottles of water daily. And when I smoke and get this feeling (which is pretty much every time I smoke now) I drink more water but it doesn't seem to help. I don't want to not smoke weed anymore. It'd be like losing my best friend..

Has this ever happened to anyone else? This is the first time it's ever happened to me in all my years of toking.

maybe you got so used to smoking large amounts and taking huge hits, after the tolerance break your body cant keep up with you...

    Try to smoke less?

it sounds like a) you arent used to it and your body has to readjust or b) you have low blood sugar. what have you been eating?

Spins maybe. Are you drinking, or taking any drugs while you smoke? That can cause spins (nausea, etc). You have to get used to it again.

try drinking at least a gallon per day

personally, this has never happened to me, iv threw up once from smoking a seed, im sure you already did this, but always make sure to remove stems, seeds and there shells ( because even the shells can taste like shit )

It didn't happen to me when I quit for a month.

I just got really stoned off of 2 puffs from a joint. It was awesome. One of the best feelings ever lol.

this has happened to me pretty much every time i've smoked in the past couple months. actually, probably since i started school in august. i originally thought i was just getting dizzy from smoking weed because the only time i smoked was when i was drunk, but then it started happening when i would smoke weed sober too. now it pretty much happens every time ive smoked, and it doesnt seem to matter if i smoke more or less... i'll feel sick for a shorter amount of time the less i smoke but its still like an hour or so until i start feeling better, even if i only take 2 or 3 hits. i've pretty much given up on weed now

im really surprised no one else mentioned blood sugar. dizzy, faint, slightly nauseous, flushed? add the decreased oxygen from inhaling smoke and you are def not going to feel okey dokey.
when you used to smoke, did you eat first? did you munch immediately? did you smoke throughout the day, eating whenever you felt like it? when you quit even for a short amount of time your body has to adjust to not having the appetite stimulation, at first this causes you to eat less (not stoned=not hungry) until it normalizes. then you smoke again and your body goes "i gotta eat something either its my own hand or im getting out of here man."

OP, please post what your diet has been lately, im afraid you passed out and busted your skull on a coffee table. i guess i care too much.
