All the dreams I've had for the past couple of weeks have been about me dying in different ways. The two I remember the most were me being hung and another involving needles.
I haven't had any medical problems recently and am not even really stressed out.
What do you think this means?
Is there some way to get rid of them?
    Please help me!

Hi Amaya. I'm no dream interpretation expert, but basically you're having common nightmares, which can be caused by a variety of things. ie; falling asleep right after you eat, esp. if you ate spicy foods. The needles dream could indicate you were sleeping in a bad position and possibly cutting off the blood circulation in a limb. The hanging dream might be caused by your hair, blanket or clothes getting twisted around your neck as you slept. Such dreams might also reflect how you feel about a real life situation, such as if you were fired from a job or broke up with someone or feel alienated from your family or friends. Whatever the underlying cause, don't stress out about it. It's only your subconscious mind working out problems and emotions, and/or your body reacting to something abnormal. Death dreams don't mean you're ill or will literally die. I've had a number of death dreams over the years, yet still I live. :D Think positive peaceful thoughts as you doze off and program your mind to dream of more pleasant things. Play soft soothing music. Don't fall asleep with scary movies etc. playing on the TV. Things we hear as we sleep affect our dreams. Good luck, I'm sure this will soon pass.

    Peace
