apple sauce and chicken...

    Foreign to me, but thinking about both the taste of chicken and applesauce combined...not to bad, definatly worth a dry.

    Turkey and applesauce would be good, too.

    i LOVE apple sauce but can't see it going well with chicken. i can eat huge bowls of just apple sauce.

    we never had it though, he just used to say that a lot.

    Ive never tried it but it doesn't sound too appetizing.

    I guess it would just give the chicken a little apple flavor and some sweetness.

    I never tried it....but I did recently discover barbecued pineapple goes awesome with barbecued steak :drool5:

    i like pork with applesauce and potato latkes with applesauce. yum.

    fruit preserves or sauce always go great with any meat. try mango chutney and pork loin sandwich! ;)

    porkchop and applesauce is one dish that i miss greatly right now... :( im so fucking hungry i got baaaad munchies hahaha

    I prefer to keep the apple sauce apart from the meat at all times. Don't like it together. Not a fan of just a bowl of apple sauce neither :p
    I like to pour apple sauce over gravy covered cooked potatoes though :cool:
