Is there any around anymore in the states? I know there is kilos and kilos of the fake shit (sopium) and I also know redrock opium is just dragon's blood incense. Never had any real shit and everyone I've talked to says the shits always fake anymore..
In the last 5 or 6 years I've only come across it once. Most of times I've smoked it were when friends had it and it was always some fake incense/red rock concoction. A few months ago I did run across genuine opium from a dealer who has a vast selection of drugs that are always real and always fire. He said it was Afghan opium which I looked up and it met the description/criteria perfectly. It was a dark hash brown and was very sticky but not gooey. The smell was the most beautiful floral/bubble gum scent. I stored it with my herb and the mouthwatering scent of opium stuck to everything. The high while it didnt last very long was a relaxing body high and had a mental effect similar to xanax (very worry, anxiety free). Even if it didnt get me high, I think I would smoke opium just for the smell and taste.
ME too. I smoked about a half oz of opium out of my new pipe and now all the weed bowls I smoke taste like opium when the bowl is getting closed to cached. It's really nice, makes the cache hits not taste so shitty. And the taste of opium stays in your mouth for a really long time. I think i'll be getting another half of it really soon
I think making your own would be the best bet for the "real" deal. Although Cali poppies cannot compare to the bitter sweetness of Afghani poppies and also not as strong.
real deal, raw opium freshly harvested from the pod actually has a somewhat bitter, unsavory taste, and gets you REALLY high. unlike most of this soapium shit out there on the circuit that maybe gives you a placebo effect.
Just to get a better understanding, what is soapium? Any soap involved? How does it feel if it works?
I smoked some shit the New Year's day before this one and it was some ridiculously good shit. Got me mad fucking faded which I needed after that night.
The only opium ive ever seen is dried latex opium, its just latex scraped from pods and dried and it sells for 100/gram. Its very potent, you can break .1 into 5-6 small pieces and each one will give you a very strong rush when smoked. Latex collected from wild poppies and ones in peoples yards will be very very potent, the best opium ive ever smoked came from pods growing down the street from my house.
I grow some every year I have only came across good opium a few times, so now that I grow it I don't even bother looking.
