The only time I've ever gotten drunk on acid was during the comedown of a really weak trip. It seemed to really take over the trip, but also make me really philosophical. I like to experience as many different kinds of trips as I can, so I feel I should give it another try, to see what it can offer me. When do you think is the best time during the trip to drink? Also, what sort of liquor is good on acid. I'm thinking straight spirits might be a bit yuck, but also the intensity of the taste might be really cool. Which is your preference, and why?
I had a friend get wasted drunk and then take two tabs of acid. He ended up just running around and saying in a drunk kind of way, "im fuckin tripping man!" He later ended up watching himself throw up from outside his body, and started tripping really hard and found the secret to the universe, but not remembering it at all when he woke up in the morning.
Yeah... It's really useless. I made the mistake once. Either a) you CAN get really wasted before the trip, only to not really remember the thing or b) you find alcohol really can't compare much to the effects of LSD and drinking things like beer and mixed drinks is like drinking water. I personally think there's no reason to mix the two. Maybe some beers to loosen you up (possible psuedo effect), so I'll hold off to see what others share.
I usually drink beer while tripping, it doesnt seem to have much effect on me though but it tastes really, really good.
In my personal experience and what I have seen many times in others is that mixing alcohol and LSD can turn rowdy and violent and end not good. They really aren't that great together in my opinion.
One or two beers is perfect, especially starting the trip it starts to make you really happy and makes for the start of a really happy good trip.
Do it if you want. My problem is when I'm tripping I can't feel the effect of alcohol for shit, so I usually end up drinking more than I wanted, but I won't even know until the next day when I feel about a hundred times worse than I expected to post-trip.
Light speed action force boob missiles After we all tripped(well one on of us was candy flipping) we were literally outside smoking a cigarette and the conversation went like this, T is myself: N: Alright so we all agree, we're past past the peak, starting to come down T: Yea I think so S: yea, i mean i'm still going strong but i took rolls too T: so wait, we all agree we're coming down........why aren't we chugging vodka? N: Wait you guys have liquor? T: Yea it's in samm's car S: Damnit why do we always have to drink, it's burnetts and we're all on acid with empty stomach, it's going to be so horrible N: Oh, god fucking awful, crying awful T: Oh yea, this is going to a horrible assault on our taste buds, the point is we need to be drunk now. Then we proceeded to start drinking about 45min later, literally by candle light. And then we all got very drunk and started having drunk conversations fueled by acid. Then we came up with light speed action force boob missiles. And we talked about that for 3 hours literally, the jokes we came up with never stopped. It was one of the most hilarious times ever
Beer and buds are great for the comedown, I never shoot to get drunk tripping or not it just happens! I am thinking about poping a low dose pain killer and having a few beers on my next comedown to help me fall alseep maybe a gram of hash aswell!
