i am so frustrated, im tired of going to the library everyday and not being able to find a job , shit been 2 months now.
hang in there! Im dealing with the same thing.. It will come along and will be a blessing. you wont even think about the time you spent looking for it. best wishes
I am in the same position... I read a statistic that said 60% of people ages 20-25 were out of work... so you are definitely not alone. Things just suck right now.
im there too. my mom really wants me to apply at Macy's but i dont think she remembers when she had to frickin pick me up from there late at night one night cuz the security caught me shoplifting. just thought i'd share that.
a frickin awesome jacket. i didnt take enough precautions and they have undercover people. i was suspended from entering any Macy's for 9 months. i dont think i have a chance applying there anymore..
Maybe they are happy with their current librarian... Sorry, couldn't resist it! The last time I was unemployed I offered my services to an Oxfam (charity shop) to 1) give me something to do and 2) learn how to work in a shop (using cash register etc.). Maybe you could look at something like this in the meantime. It also looks good on your resume that you were not just sitting on your ass.
Yep, spent almost a year doing charity work as I couldn't find anything worth applying to and the things which were worth it were being super-focused on the skillsets they were looking for, not taking anyone who had relevant experience, but exact and equal experience, almost like all they wanted to hire were former employees,,, Eh', there's more to life than a fucking job, try bartering skills for what you need or put more energy into finding short term gig's as opposed to a full time / long term position. Employers have job seekers by the nuts these day's so best to find something else to do or they'll just take advantage of your seeming desperation. Find some crafting skills you like and develop them, sell stuff online,,, shit like that. Don't depend on a collapsing system to "support you" with a job.
