well ketamine is an anasthetic and its pretty strong. iving it will give you an instant k hole, which will put u on ur ass and ull kind of pass out, even if u do a big line and its too much u will k hole. but if u just do small bumps u will get some euphoria with the numbing part of the k. its strong though, so if u do too much it can be hard to walk, talk and it pretty much impairs most of ur motor skills. some ppl dont like it, cuz u need to know ur limit. but it helped numb almost all the pain from WDs. and of course benzos can work miracles too. but also like others say, suboxone is an option. the doc will start you out on a dose based on your use and then after a couple weeks he will slowly start to lower ur dose until ur off it. its a better solution then methadone imo because meth is rlly strong and hard to stop. its mostly for H users.
I might be 48 but when it comes to opiates I prefer snorting to swallowing. Never shot up and don't plan too. What gets me is I remember when I freaked out because I did 60mg three times in 1 day. What got me this time is that I snorted 2 80s-160mg. Think about it- that's 32 percocets. This garbage is evil- it fries your receptors. Shooting will destroy your receptors to the point that they will never heal. The price is way too high. It might take months to start to feel human again but it has to be done. What is so bad about pharmacuticals is that they are perfectly designed to tickle those receptors. Can't say the same thing about H I'm curious about OC and H- is H that much cheaper and for those that have done both is the high similar?
H is generally cheaper and the high varies depending on the quality. The good thing about OC is that you kow exactly what you're getting. I've had some funky H. OC costs a little more, but I prefer the peace of mind that I know what I'm using.
If you have a large habit and quit cold turkey the withdrawal is going to probably cause you to lose all ability to function normally for a long time. Someone with necessary responsibilities, such as law school, should probably avoid that. In that case I think you need to shut it down and think up a long term plan to quit. I would never tell anyone with a large habit to quit cold turkey, Im not sure what your habit was but it sounds like the WD is pretty rough. Write up a reasonable year long plan to ween yourself off or find out how to get help with methadone or suboxone. I dont think there is any quick fix. Thats what I would do anyways. If youre going to stick with it then other drugs such as muscle relaxers can also help a bit with WD. Good luck.
