skipping out on my meeting

i used to be in a drug free club (because we need community service hours to graduate and i heard this club provides us with a lot of opportunities to make them) two years ago and the person who runs it is a teacher i really respect. once i started smoking (and doing some other things heh heh) i didnt know how to tell her i didnt want to join again (what real excuse could i use?) the next year but she told me my membership "rolled over" so i was basically stuck. They drug test and i stopped showing at the meetings except for one that i could use to get my comm. hours. so when i show up i hear two teachers whispering "should we do the test now or after we decorate?" and i was like....OH SHIT. I took out my phone pretending i was looking at a text, made up a babysitting emergency (gotta love what acting class teaches you to do), grabbed my friend and hauled ass within 30 seconds

Whenever I try to lie I go red in the face and start talking way too fast. I'm not as crafty as you.

 

I used to be a horrible liar too. But now I can't AFFORD to be a bad liar. You learn when you're afraid of being caught all the time

good thinking, if i were you i would of just asked people to piss in the cup for me. If no one would of done that, would of told the teachers to basically fuck off without getting in any kind of trouble, but im a baddassss

Why not just...you know, stop doing drugs for a bit. Get the community service done and then quit.

 

the thing is the hours the club provides only count for the club, and not the school's requirements. so there's no point to it.

 

this. lying skillz can easily be acquired if you're often in the situation where you "need" to lie

A drug free club.

I admit, I'm kind of an idiot for joining but I see this teacher every day and she would wonder why I refrained from her recruiting me. It's like if I don't want to join it means I am pro-drugs (which I am, but she doesn't need to know that). Plus, I heard we would get a lot of service hours as I explained before.
