It's a shame it's probably not as good as it once was.

It looks like a long abandoned project of some kind.
It looks like each floor is a window into a persons mind or some such crap.
I imagine one upon a time (circa 2003) each floor led you to the persons website.

They should design the base better, all that virtual weight will topple that poorly designed structure

The floor then led to the artists website.
It's defunct now it seems.
