Especially velcro. Be prepared for ya hairs to shrink up like a mafucka. I'm lookin like a nappy headed richard simmons.....except in worse shape.
stay away from mirrors. if you look in the mirror to inspect your dreads everyday then it will seem like they are taking forever to form. just pretty much took the old saying "a watched pot never boils" and turned it into a dread version.
