Some random crazy old lady made my day.

So I've had midterm testing for school all week. After I got out of my last test today, I smoked a nice 10 bag. I then went out looking for a friend to bum a cigarette off of since I was fiending. No one was out since it's like 16 degrees. After walking around a while I saw some random old lady spark a cig so I asked her for one. She handed me her pack and told me to take as many as I wanted. Also they were Newports! Not wanting to be a grub I told her I was only taking one. She was talking to me for a minute or two and I could tell she was really out there, I felt bad. She actually seemed schizophrenic, correct me if I'm wrong but she seemed like she was on acid the way she was talking, so I assume that would be schizophrenia. But then she asked if I wanted to take another so I grabbed another. Then she told me to take another but I said I felt bad and didn't want to. Then she told me to take two more so I did lol. Then she told me to have a great life. People are never that generous lol it was cool.

just recently an older man offered me $10 in coupons to a restaurant for only $2 in exchange, i didn't except because i was just shocked in the situation, it was awkward, but it was generous, i don't know what he was up to out in the cold, but i hope he made it home.

 

was it a gift certificate or actually just coupons, like 2 dollars off or something?

either way, it's not really generous; he just needed cash so he tried to sell you something he wasn't going to use for a price that he thought you might pay. it's not like someone is going to pay $10 for $10 worth of coupons that they may or may not even use.

he probably just wanted to buy a 40.

 

haha. i thought he probably wanted to get some booze because that's what most people around that part of town live there for anyways. but it was kind of nice of him, i just thought he wanted me to like give him a ride or something weird, so from the start i was like "Whoa creeper, back off."
