Black Eyed Peas Blacklisted from Hip Hop?

So I understand that Black Eyed Peas totally sold out, at least as far back as Fergie came in the group. But I'm curious to know if they're even recognized in the hip hop community anymore. I figured that they wouldn't be popular with anyone but pop fans anymore, especially with this E.N.D. album they released last year. It seems my thoughts have been confirmed, I can't find ANYTHING on them on hip hop blogs or even BET.com past their "My Humps" days. So, have BEP been blacklisted by fans of rap and hip hop? Does anyone but high school kids and privileged college/university students listen to them anymore?

I've never considered them hip-hop.
i generally dont like there music either.
i used to..but there style changed awhile ago..
and now they auto-tune almost everything.
and im not a big fan of auto-tune.

Not hip hop. They are definitely pop. But then there's plenty of good hip hop in the world, so I doubt the community misses them too much.

I think some of their songs are quite cool.
