Will my birth control be effective if I do this?

Friday I took my first birth control of my new package between like, 5 and 6 pm. I went out of town that night, thinking my pills were in my car and the next day I realized they weren't. I've missed 2 of them and I think I know where the package is, but i can't get it until early tomorrow morning, like 8 or 9 am. Is it ok if I take 2 pills that early in the morning then at 5 that night take my other pill and be caught up or do I need to buy a new package?

its never good to double up, just take your pill at 5. get your body back to its regular schedule. be more careful

 

Don't take the missed pills. Discard them. Only take the pill that you should take for the day that you get them back, and continue as normal. No need to start a new pack.
You may want to make sure you use other forms of contraception ie condoms for the next 7 days because missed pills cause the pill to be ineffective.

 

You need to buy a new pack. If you miss more than one talking replacement pills won't work.
