What RCs have very, very long shelf life stored at room temperature.. I mean that stay active for tens of years.. I would like to put aside part of stuff I get so I can have it no mater current availability of that compound.. It must be some good psychedelic... For example I would like to put aside for long time some DOC but from what I read it doesn't have long shelf life..
colder temps couldn't hurt, so if you are able to, store them in the fridge or freezer. in something airtight, with some desiccant. i think the 2cs should be stable for tens of years with this method, but probably at room temperature too. get something airtight (mason jar) and a desiccant (silica gel packet from beef jerkey or new sneakers) even if you're gonna keep it at room temp
2c-x compounds are generally very stable...i've taken 2c-e and 2c-e that have been sitting in a box in my room for 6 months and there seemed to be no issues with potency.
me too, but i'd probably rather have 1 gram each of 10 different chems. let's see. 2ce LSD! now the ones i haven't tried 2cp ketamine 4acodmt DPT well you get the idea
I'm not huge fan of 2c's.. Would much rather like to store good amount of some tryptamine.. In fact many different tryptamines + LSD + ketamine + mescaline + DOC....
phenethylamines are stable as fuck if handled properly. if kept close to -15 °C they will most likely outlast you. i've had 2ct2 and 2ct7 that was literally ABUSED (ie left @ room temp for 6+ months > put back in cold storage > taken back out of cold storage > left in a trailer in kansas in the middle of summer > put back in cold storage > taken back out of storage > hauled around in a trunk in 115 degree arizona heat > stuffed in a backpack and left on huntington beach while i played in the water > put back in cold storage > taken out of cold storage > dropped on the ground at red rocks > found with the aid of a glow stick > put back in cold storage > taken back out of cold storage > flown to the east coast > sat on on the pier at starscape > put back in cold storage ... you get the point) and i haven't noticed any degradation in potency over a 9 year period. tryptamines not so much, their shelf life seems to vary greatly with source. i've noticed a huge difference in foxy, moxy, and 5-meo-dmt when comparing batches acquired within the past 6 months to those 2-7 years old, it's like comparing apples with oranges. same thing with methylone, the methylone floating around now i require 500-700mg to achieve the same effect as 200mg of what remains from the now defunct but once kings of the european suppliers. butylone and ethylone are identical across the board however. weird.
