I have heard people in real life say this, I have seen it in movies, etc, it always seems like its some stupid joke and it has ALWAYS confused the shit out of me. Can someone please explain why "thats what she said" was ever funny in any context??

 

If you don't know it, brother, you never will.

 

they mean "thats what she said" during sex.
they put random context like
"omg its so big!" and replying in : thats what she said! (referring to a bigger package)
other examples are like,
"you GOT to be kidding me..." " thats what she said! (referring to like.. small package)
"thats rock hard!" - thats what she said


and the list goes on brother.

 

Thats an annoying answer lol. I guess what you mean is it really doesn't have a punch line people just say that to be annoying and to confuse people like me.

Personally I think it is funny and I say it quite a lot.

 

It's funny at the right times, but some people over do it. I say it myself, but sparingly and only when called for. I've met people who seemed to say it every 5 minuets and it doesn't really fit. That is annoying.

Yeah man I agree. It is and will remain the stupidest joke that I will have to regretfully hear people utter every time, like as if it's so clever when they call it. I mean it's almost like people sit around and wait and listen until they can use it. Lol

Lmao I know its like their all proud of themself and shit. A perfect example is that episode in the office, where micheal says it like 10 times, that is the one and only time I found it funny because that actors funny as fuck.

 

love the one where jim sets him up to say it in front of jan and after like five sexual sounding comments he just screams it. hahahah

 

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's the one haha he is supposed to stop making jokes in the office and he just says it to piss them off lol.
