Online Pharmacies aren't all scams

I work in the medical field, and I just wanted to say that not all online pharmacies are scams. I'm not going to give links or anything like that, but I will say that plenty of "No Prescription Needed" Online Pharmacies will send legitimate medication, however the "scam factor" tends to increase with the more highly controlled substances.
For instance, I suffer from tension headaches on a daily basis because I work in a Child and Adolescent Crisis Unit and my job is very stressful. I have been prescribed Fioricet by my personal physician to treat the headaches, but I've found it easier and cheaper to order my medication from an online pharmacy and I never had to provide a prescription at all because the Dr. working through the website is able to write that type of prescription without a physical exam. The pills are legitimate and I get 90 each month.
A lot of people seem to believe that all online pharmacies are all scams, but I can testify that at least one of them is legit. The scams tend to advertise stuff that is highly controlled like Adderall and Morphine, but even some of those meds can be bought without prescriptions if you know the right sites. (I don't, but I'd love to find somewhere to get my ADD under control, lol)
All in all, if your looking for drugs online without a prescription you'd probably be more successful buying Tramodol rather than Hydrocodone or Soma rather than Valium. Hell, apparently Viagra and most of the other "boner pills" are easy to order online without a visit to the doctor. However, if you need/want Klonopin, Xanax, Oxycontin... etc, I would recommend seeing a physician rather than risking a lot of money to get a highly controlled substance that has a chance of being fake or seized by the Feds. Plenty of doctors will write prescriptions just to shut you up and move on to the next patient, so even if you don't have insurance you'd probably have a higher success rate and save more money just by talking to a physician.

 

There is plenty of them for benzo's and really anything besides opiates and speed. But there are some mexican pharms that will sell oxy and hydro without a script. Only a few though, quite hard to rid through all of them. Don't ask me though, drugbuyers.com will help you out if you really want to check it out.
