or total douchebags charges of manslaughter (from what I understand, through the victims\their lawyers urgence) have been brought against Continental airlines The continental mechanic (maintenance manager, or specific title that just is pointless) who originally installed the titanium part, hundreds of flight hours before the incident, that was sucked into the concorde's intake, causing the explosion The continental ground-crewman who maintained the titanium part just prior to the flight the lead engineer of the concorde project (seriously, wtf?) the head of concorde operations at the french airline that had been running concordes AND a guy who worked in an airlines watchdog group. No charges have been brought against the Charles De Gaulle Ground controller (who told the concorde pilot the runway was clear, prior to takeoff, even though there was a piece of titanium on the runway, admittedly hard to see, but big enough to bring the concorde down) I view this as a no fault accident in all honesty, MAYBE the continental guy who did maintenance on the titanium panel might be culpable, and MAYBE the CDG ground controller in charge of this flight. but, Fucking seriously? the rest of those people? none of them had fuckall to do with this accident, I throw a piece of titanium into a 737's engine, and, guess what, it's probably going to crash. hell, a bird took down an Airbus A320 (US air 1549) and no one is calling for the Airbus designer's head on a platter, the pilot is a god damned hero (he is) and we all know, it just happened, Yes, bird strikes need to be dealt with, but right now, it's no one's fault that it hasn't been as far as I can tell. seriously, I'm pissed that they're trying to charge people with this CRIMINAL thing, who had nothing to do with it. no one charged the designer of the twin towers for manslaughter after 9/11 or the pentagon.
it's not, I am trying to bring the herd up. and I actually feel passionate about this as it could set a VERY dangerous precedent (architects already need MASSIVE amounts of insurance, just in case a builder fucks up their design, engineers aren't there yet, but this case, if the engineer is found guilty, would do it, and make it a much more dangerous profession)
he's part of the herd. and if you can find fifty people on this forum who can hold a conversation with me about aeroelastics I'd be more than happy to drop my sense of superiority. sadly, I don't think there are fifty people here who know why that's the next real step in materials and structures engineering in atmospheric aerospace engineering. so I'll remain a prick, all my days.
that'd only work if I didn't have a choice. But, I do have a choice, and I am content with the side I am on, for now.
I have nothing against homosexuals. That's why I suggested Rat. You guys would bring up the herd nicely, together.
now, now, that's low for you. I didn't even mention that you need to resort to whores between your old age, and at least, occasional lack of virility, and those are actually legitimate attacks you've invented something that, really is much below the level of creativity I should be able to expect from you.
Lower than that. I've never really examined how low I can go, but it's pretty deplorable. And to neodude. the crash happened in 2001, so, yes, thought out more than is immediately considered. however Yes, I understand, they miss their family, but the lawyer who is allowing them to do this, is an unethical douche, and an idiot.
this argument would make more sense on an engineering forum. different people have different interests; that alone does not imply inferiority. there's plenty of other reasons to consider most of the people here inferior. but yeah, there's no excuse for charging anyone in this case, unless there's a lot more to it that what you posted.
