i experience flashbacks here and there varying in strength. i know that meditation and/or hypnosis can cause some sort of hallucination, but i was wondering does anyone know of any methods to induce a full fledged flashback?

Sit perfectly still for a while and stand up. It helps if you're a cigarette smoker and a lazy stoner, the perfect combination to ensure you have the healthiest lungs possible which can deliver enough oxygen to the blood your STRONG heart is pumping. Oh wait, I don't have a strong heart.

Sometimes waking up will give a flashback that will last around 30 seconds.

Also, extreme darkness will give some different visual things happening, but really never felt the psychedelic high.

Nitrous oxide will give you some pretty fucking insane patterns if you're breathing it long enough. [I'm not saying breathe it till your lips turn purple/blue, I'm saying breathe it until you just start to feel uncomfortable with not getting fresh air.]

But the best flashbacks to my first acid trip were caused by subsequent dosings at a later time. I've had the biggest and best flashbacks by redosing.

    Agreed about waking/sleeping.

That state of neither awake nor asleep, but a bit of both can bring it about.

a good bong rip of a 90% sativa strain of cannabis in silent darkness will get you pretty close

Hyperventilate yourself for 30 seconds on your knees then stand up fast on a hefty dose of the Chronic
