Is DXM legal to order?

Is it legal to order DXM powder in the U.S.? Just want to check before (swim) makes a potential mistake.

 

Well, there are people in the US who risk vending it. And seeing as it is an over-the-counter drug I do not see why not. Though I am not 100%.

No, it is regulated by the FDA. Its not scheduled per-se, but buying it through a place or way thats not approved is illegal. Possession wouldn't be illegal though. (Kinda like how you can only find pills with a certain amount in it, its regulated. If you had the pure substance and more than (30mg?) a pill you would be breaking the law, etc)

Eh... You can still find places on the internet that sell it. Whenever I run into a "problem" like this I just ask myself if I make this big of a deal over a real scheduled chem, like weed.

Would you take this much caution over buying a bag of weed? Because that is def illegal, this is just partially illegal. I remember a few people who sell it on the internet I believe. Don't remember them though.
