ms32clod.dll Trojan

How the fuck do I get rid of this thing? Its been on my PC for a while now and I've just decided to take the initiative to try and remove it, but everything I see I have to pay for, and I'm not trying to do that.

There's no reason to go anywhere else for removal advice.
