Even if they found something illegal, they had no right to search his warehouse in the first place and thus that evidence can't be used in court. I don't think it's anything to worry about, really.

Yeah, he sold Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark. That is DMT because its in there... Just like buying a human is illegal because there is DMT in them too. xD

 

Yeah, that's why a judge will never let those charges fly. The only way they could is if he was openly selling the herbs FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXTRACTING THE DMT. Which he explicitely is NOT; see legal disclaimers and etc. These cops are either really stupid or really smart, but as for my understanding of their charges, they have very little hope of actually getting him in trouble in any serious way.

Yes in the long run he will beat it most likely, but the poor guy is screwed now. I read all his accounts are drained, even the savings fund he had for his young son, who knows if he can get all his money back.

 

i know that if he gets his site back up he will have A LOT more business due to the coverage.

I think the shroomery is trying to get a paypal set up for relief funds. They just want to make sure that the monies goes to him.

He said that they will be putting a donate type of option on the bouncing bear website as well. Please, send what you can everyone. This is much bigger than just BBB. If he looses we will all loose.
