Dont legalize, decriminalize!

they should never make weed legal they just need to make it so you cant get in trouble with the law for smoking it i mmean i dunno about you guys but if weed was legal it would be taxed and no one should ever be charged tax on weed

 

To me it seems that it ought to be legal to grow it or buy it if taxes are put on it so be it but I also think nobody ought to go to jail over it.

 

Weed is already taxed as it is. The fact that it has to go through multiple hands to get to the user makes it taxed. Each of those hands needs to make a profit, so inflation occurs. And each of those hands runs the risk of getting caught, so something that doesn't cost that much to grow, costs more, just because it's illegal.

 

My worst nightmare is it being mass produced

 

while this is true, if it was legal it would also be legal to grow your own. and you and your friends could freely grow all the weed you want and not worry about the cops. it would be beautiful

 

Yet - this will NEVER happen.
