Ever sense I can remember I have little sensation in my penis. I can still feel "pleasure" and cum and whatnot, but I can't discern textures or even temperatures with it =/. For example I could put an icecube on the shaft of my penis and not even notice it were there. I've only had sex once and I couldn't feel a thing, granted my girlfriend at the time had alot of sexual partners before me and probably wasn't too tight but I think I should've been able to feel it at least a little right? My question is what could cause this? nerve damage, poor circulation, and is it fixable or am I doomed to numbness :(

well just because your girlfriend had alot of sexual partners dosent meen shes "loose". Women dont stay loose permanently. Its like elastic. Anyway about the numbness visit a doctor and you gotta find out about that one.

the vagina has sort of accordion folded walls. lots of sex with a particularly large penis can sometimes take a while to 'spring back' to regular size.
i think that you should talk to your doctor about it. do you recall any injury? the womens issues forum had a thread not too long ago, an unfortunate soul slipped while climbing a fence, she squashed her clit, causing permanent nerve damage. so get it checked!
also, circumcision is said to reduce sensitivity, but there arent a lot of adult circumcisions to compare before/ after data on.

i think you should ask your regular doctor, and if they cant help you directly they can probably recommend you to a specialist. if you are not circumcised, it may be just a section of foreskin thats tight enough to pinch an underlying nerve or something.
look on the bright side though, a lot of guys have to use desensitizing creams so that they dont cum too early. i hope they are able to find the cause and help you out.
