Looking for new things to try...

My girlfriend and I are frequent marijuana users. We have also used psilocybin mushrooms, and lsd. We are looking for new things to try but not things that we will regret.

What do you suggest? we prefer things you cant easily OD on, things that wont have us puking our brains out, and things that dont have extreme negative effects such as neurotoxicity.

things to not tell me : heroin, pcp, datura, spice product, blues, ecstasy.

I'm in almost exactly your situation. Unfortunately for us, most drugs are not entirely safe. If i was able to find it I would like try try dmt. Maybe look into that?

 

my friend tried dmt, he said the whole world was made of grafitti, but it was short lasting. its almost impossible to obtain though via dealer

 

Exactly. quality drugs are the hardest to find. Finding some toxic shit that could fuck you up easy.

because recreational drugs in general are illegal it's extremely difficult to make and distribute good substances that are safe and have rec value. So rec drugs end up being made by dealers who's first concern is money, and second concern is their own safety. Your health falls 7th or 8th down the line and its really only too keep customers.

 

San Pedro cactus or other cacti that contain Mescaline, if you don't mind taking the time to prepare a nasty tasting cactus. I prefer San Pedro over shrooms.

I don't know why you object to trying ecstasy, it's probably the best drug to try with a gf, and while it does have a comedown there are many people like myself who enjoy the comedown and if you have pot on hand the comedown is pretty enjoyable.

Other than that I don't know what to tell you, I don't know why you feel like you need to try other substances than the ones you listed, but if one were to try another worthwhile substance that has a bit of a different effect i would go with the ones i listed.

 

i refuse to do ecstasy because i personally believe it is neurotoxic. i had plenty of friends in the rave scene who did x, some of them have trouble forming sentences now. watching people on x is disgusting to me, vicks tubes up their nose, rolling face.

 

That's fair, I just think there is a lot of misinformation about it. Personally, people on LSD look just as disgusting to me. It's never something I would recommend to do often but i've done it for over 5 years now with more regularity than other psychedelics and have not experienced more damage than I have with anything else.

I also believe that it's very different when used outside of the rave scene. It's a very versatile substance and when used at raves, it's used primarily for sensory overload. When used at home with close friends or significant others, it produces a great sense of empathy where you can usually open up to others about issues/ideas/life. Music sounds amazing on it. I got an MRI last year which isn't necessarily bulletproof, but any brain damage that the MRI would have detected came up negative, and I feel shrooms usually do my head in worse than E.

You will come to your own decisions, and if you personally have friends that have had problems with it than I understand where you are coming from, this is just in my personal experience and I rarely use E these days. All in all I've had some of my best drug experiences with it. I can't speak about your friends but I went to raves for awhile and there are usually a whole lot of other drugs there besides E, stuff like Ketamine, Nitrous, GHB, LSD, some research chemicals and more, I just think it's hard to blame solely ecstasy in most cases.

I think habitual use of it may cause some cognitive impairment, but I think it's much safer than pretty much everything else you haven't tried.

 

ive gotta disagree with you there about it being safer. i know people who were solely on E, and that was their drug. nothing else. and they were effected by neurotoxicity. plus, the grinding of the teeth, the body over heating, everything is just unappealing. but lsd i also think did damage to my brain, because since then i seem to stutter a bit with sentences, and sometimes write words twice in a sentence, or write like this: I wento the park. i combine words that have the same ending and starting letter. idk if its from lsd, but it appeared after the event so i have my theories. i understand one time wont kill you, or even necessarily cause brain damage, but i dont want it to become habitual use, and it wont if i dont do it in the first place.

Always hated ecstacy, there waas never any pure pills around so I just ignored the shit.

If you enjoy your psychedelics then MDA is more "trippy" than MDMA. Otherwise guerillabedlam said, there are many psychedelic cacti out there, Ive only had the Peyote cactus though.
You can buy them legally too but the older they are the better, you can usually buy 18 - 27 year old cacti in most headshops..

 

Well, a cheap way is if you have cool whip hold it upside down so that all you get is the air shit inside of it. Then exhale all your breath that you can and inhale from the air in the cool whip can ;]

 

peyote makes you puke so he doesn't want that. I would try coke if you can handle not getting addivted. Or salvia if you want the opposite. You can go into headshops and buy it.

Coke can have a pretty bad comedown and I have regretted doing it many times. I agree Bad Fish, Pure MDMA would be the way to go for him, I personally just find ecstasy a lot easier to find.

virus you seem to be extremely picky with what you are looking for. There is hardly any psychoactive drugs that are side effect free. Like Freshdacre mentioned try salvia, it's intense but super short. I was under the impression you wanted a longer lasting experience to SHARE with your gf. Mushrooms may be the most benign.

Oh yah and I was saying FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE earlier regarding the safety of Ecstasy, so you can have your own belief about it, i'm saying from my personal use what I have found, so you saying you disagree with me means nothing. I could also point you in the direction of some rather recent studies backing up my experience if you would like?

It all matters if you want a psychedelic, dissociative, stimulant, depressent, narcotic, inhalant.. The questions is, what do you want to get out of it. Or do you just want to get high off something?

Sorry guys, i live in florida, salvia is illegal here...never got to try it when it was legal. im gonna try and get it next time i go to another state, no idea when that could be though...side note: do you think my girlfriend could bring it on a plane from say...ny to fl? legal place to illegal place?

 

I wouldn't risk it man, she may be able to get away with that but to get busted for a 5 minute high hardly seems worth it. It would be against the law i'm sure bringing it into the state , in California we have a mushrooms spore law that states it is illegal to bring psilocybin producing SPORES into the state, i'm sure it's illegal to bring in actual plant or extract to a state where it's banned.

San Pedro is your best option if you want natural, get about 3 feet of cactus to split between the two of you, it tastes gross but it's a good long mild psychedelic high. I've never puked from it, and like i said I enjoy it probably moreso than mushrooms and it is easier than LSD in the sense you don't really feel fried after. There is also Peruvian Torch cactus which might be slightly stronger, I haven't tried that and know where some San Pedro grows naturally so I have no desire to really try PT.

 

btw, where the hell would i find a cactus in florida? i saw one in a park once, but it was literally only 6 inches and the only one there.
