Okay I just thought people here might enjoy this.

A frankly awesome group, The Mungoband, have just released their new EP, entitled simply 'M'. It's the result of Mungo (Guitars/Computers/Synths/Vocals and Shenanigans) and Bowen (Guitars/Keys/Computers/Vocals and
Jazzbeard) combining their love of electronic and organic music, fancy jackets, a loathing of inferior ferret stretching implements and the feeling that popular music wasn't exciting anymore. They say their genre is "everything music".

'M' is a window into the world of Mungo as the boys throw caution to the wind by pouring everything into the musical melting pot. The end result echoes the band's feeling that life in the 21st century may not be all that its cracked up to be, but instead of getting hung up, irritated and self righteous, lets have a party instead! And they know how to party... I dunno about you, but I'd have a custard creme induced gas mask rave up with these guys anyday.

It's a crazy set of tracks, all over the place in terms of genre (in the best possible way, getting down with its jazzy funky progressive electric self) but standing firm in terms of what it's trying to say. It's for anyone who isn't one of THOSE goons.
Personally, I love it to little tiny squishy squashy pieces. That's just my opinion though; go see for yourself!
