Problem in my band!!!

oh yeah it's going to be in the deepest thoguhts sections thing.

 

Music isn't left or right wing. Music transcends political barriers. So I say relax, don't worry and make some music!

 

But you don't understand like they say things of without evening careing what I think.

 

Yes and no, first of all music can in many ways have to do with music. also put yourself in this postion being a left wing (D) then your "friends" go and say the must meanest thing you can think of right in your face 1,000 times

Well I say just don't write political songs, or just write all the songs yourself so they don't have a say.

 

TheMadcapSyd I just have one thing to say is that VOTE BUSH thing a joke? IT BETTER BE and it's not just songs it's lots of things.

Music doesnt have to be right wing or left wing. I like political music though. I think a lot of people do to. Not every song has to be political of course. Just do what you want dude. If you arent feeling the band just quit. In order to have a band that works everyone has to click I think. So just leave. Dont fret over it and quit.

My good friends r in a band...and well, none of them are belive the same thing at all...that is what makes their music so awesome....they are all so different and unique..it's beautiful...yeah they argue sometimes..but they r just alot more mature at 24 than u r at 13 ....... so they know how to handel disagreements...

plus i belive something different than all of them..and well...we all still luv eachother...well, as a matter of fact, all of my friends belive differently than me....and we don't let it bother us...

 

I have been just PISSED at them latey right now I just HATE them I just can't stand this SHIT any more I just can't do this @$@#$%@#@$#@%&%&^^#@$% ^&%$%$#%#$%#%&%&$#%@#%

 

Well dude, me and my friend have a pretty cool plan. we're in 8th grade, and we figure we'll just practice this whole year (he plays guitar, i play bass) then we figure once we get to highschool, they'll be alot more people, so there'll be alot more people who play. then we'll just invite different people to play with us at different times. We'll never have a solid line up, so it wont be that important if we dont see eye to eye with someone you're playing with...cause you do a couple of songs and then you dont play with thiem again for a while.

Also dude, 13 year olds do have political opinions. but you shouldnt let this get in the way of music. Really, if i were you, i wouldnt be taking this band so seriously. Your 13 years old...who ever the hell is singing...their voice hasnt even changed yet. Practice with them, call it a band, call it what you want. But take it more as a practice session than an actual band. It will releive alot of stress for everyone.

It's true, personal goals and what you're made up of will affect how your band members perceive eachother. You should find some more compatable band mates, especially since you're so young, and the loss can't really be too great, if they are as young--what I'm saying is if they were really great musicians and worth it to you to shut up and play, (which is all you're gonna get to do if you stay), then that could be wort it to you. Otherwise, finding some people who you have similar qualities which is a better idea, and when you consider that if you're taking your playing seriously, you'll want people who have similar writing styles, including lyrics, which are definitely not these guys. So the sooner you move on, the sooner better opportunities will come along. You might be having fun now, but where can you go with them?

 

I don't even have the band anyhmore realy now my problem is I think I'm in love?

 

okay dude, good, you ditched the band...but seriously, you have to learn some proper grammar dude...it takes me five minutes to decipher your posts. not to be an asshole though...
