"Intentional Communities", community farms, etc..

Anyone associate with any of the Intentional Communities in Colorado especially in the North Fork area of the Gunnison River (Paonia, Delta, etc..)?
Just looking for people to network with in the area.

 

Last I knew the ICs in that part of the state are mostly investment type. I figure if I have to invest the same amount of money into that that I can buy my own home with, I'll just buy myself a home instead. Only rules are my rules, then!

There is reportedly a pretty good IC over by Manitou Springs/Colorado Springs area. I forget the name of it though. I was looking at going there a couple years back.
