is that safe or bad? I was thinking of possible buying a wooden pipe, depending on how much they are, cause I was going to give my old pipe to my dad

If you are going to carry weed then it will be considered paraphernalia. If you have the pipe by it's self you can clame to have purchased it for a present. Unless it's used with resin then don't. But a new pipe should be fine.

I know here you can get a really cheap small one for like 10 here or you can get thicker ones from 15-20 at like little convenient stores.

It's a wooden pipe with a built in cover, that's what I had a long time ago, I used to be able to get them for 12 bucks in maryland, this store shake down is pricey I think
