April, you ROCK! Your group is already full of great photos. Are the albums posted by you? The ones that say "first," "second" etc. are all full of lots of pics obviously scoured from the web. As an old expert at doing that, looking for barefeet pics, I recognize the type. It looks as though you've been quite the feet-pics collector for a while, April. I'm glad to see it! A girl after my own heart! You live not far from me, gorgeous. We should do some barefootin' sometime. I know I've said that before, but it's more and more obvious to me that we could be good friends, given that your love of feet is coming ever more clear! Plus, I have CDs full of pics I could share with you, if you like pics of cute girl feet! LOL! I'm gonna go post some pics that I have right now. For now, the ones I'll post are ones I took. Eventually I can post others I've collected, but for now... -Jeffrey
so does your new club do anything besides compare toes and dirty soles? Do or will ya have walk-a-thons or camping trips?
One only spends a certain amount of time per day reading about barefooting. Now take that same amount of time and divide it by the number of different barefoot groups on different web sites and one has only a fraction of the time to spend reading each. It's not clear there's any net gain. Regarding Yahoo in particular (not to mention MySpace and Facebook), there are already at least a dozen or so barefoot-related groups. Does the world really need yet another one? Most of them have little participation. What typically happens is that somebody, with great enthusiasm, starts yet another barefoot-related group (for reasons that are unclear, specifically why the existing dozens of existing groups, for some reason or other, just simply won't do); then, within the first couple of weeks, hundreds of people join, a dozen or so post; then, after a couple of weeks, stone silence. Then some person thinks, "This group stinks! I know! I'll start my very own group that will (of course!) be *much* better! Yeah, that's the ticket!" And the cycle repeats.
