Myth: Marijuana is not a Gateway Drug

    The gateway theory is just another self propagated problem. Of course when you lie about one drug, the only curiosity is if they were lying about the other drugs?

    I think that people who try marijuana for the first time are in fact trying other things in that at that point in time mj is an "other thing" and as such isn't influencing inhibitions one way or another. Curious people do not need to be influenced by anything- they will try harder substances with or without having tried pot.

    Chances are that cigarettes and alcohol have been tried- should they not be called gateway drugs?

    Marijuana is a gateway drug because of failed propaganda and out dated archaic laws...
