Hi, first I am ashamed and if you think the topic is unappropriate, please delete it.

I am a little scared from what happened. I had a gameplay and partner inserted finger in my ass and played with it until it did hurt me. Had nails on fingers and didn't use lube, only spit. So the finger got out and now I have pain in the ass (inside) - i think it is the rectum. I have some fever (which I cannot undestand if comes from this). So is there any chance after my rectum (or whatever its name is) has been injured and now there to be some kind of an infection in there? I am so embarrased so I cannot go to a doctor and explain it to him.....

I don't really know what to tell you man. I'm a Christian but I'm not totally against gays, so I really do want to help. I really think you should go to the doctor. If it is infected, it could get really dangerous. Especially since one of the body's most unsanitary waste products comes out of there. Doctors have an ethic code not to tell anybody of what happened to patients and I think by law that can't give you any crap about it. No pun intended. But really. I would visit the doctor

    Good Luck and God Bless

The fever means there is an infection being fought. Whether it is from an infection in your rectum is not known, but the simultaneous pain in that area is a good indicator. It could be quite serious if ignored.

Go to a doctor - they treat the physical body and are not to make judgment on how you contract disease.

Tell you the truth, it's pretty important to get anything checked out if your seriously worried about it.

Maybe go visit the sexual health clinics instead, rather than your usual doctors. Your typical GP is sort of a 'jack of all trades' anyways, so probably better suited you enquire where they may actually help you.

It would be a little less embarrassing surely knowing you are being treated much like every other person who walks in to some degree.

Source of Information: Me! You don't need to have a STD to go to a place like that, I caught something pretty nasty and needed to go and get checked out once upon a time, and they did so.

Good luck man, keep it careful.

    Dude:

There is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

You have played a bit, and a small accident occurred. These things happen to the grown ups who play around. It simply comes with the territory and actually shows that you have a life.

So, learn how to shrug with your shoulders, say, "yeah, these things happen to the guys who play around and have some fun, AND this can easily be fixed, so why sweat it?"

And hit an MD of your choice, show that you have manned up to talk about this with him or her, and have the matter sorted out.

This has nothing to do with you being gay or straight, it is a simple health issue.

Go see a doctor and get it checked out.

It's a good bet that when someone inserts something into your body, that if there is any type of lasting pain afterwards then there has been physical damage of some sort done.

As for being ashamed about it in the first place, thats just silly....

Imagine how you will feel if it gets worse and you have to be rushed to emergency for it?

    What's the punch line?

OP: You could always have an enema in the meantime to wash the area out...no need to feel shame.

Don't be ashamed, it's natural for us to explore our bodies. It's probably nothing, but it's worth being checked out if its bothering you this much. It's no big deal. Try getting a pap test tho....god that one is unconfortable :(.

Why? Just because they spread your legs and look up your pussy thru a speculum and stick a blade inside you and cut out a piece of your cervix?

    Oh, I can only imagine.

(Note to all men: NEVER complain to a woman about your uncomfortable prostate exam.)

Definitely go get it checked out. Doctors will have heard it all before and will only care about your health, not any "morals"... not that you've done anything you should be ashamed of.

Embarrassment is never worth health issues.

if u already have been checked out
I had an STI but was so embarrassed cuz i live in a small place so u can go outta town, bigger citty where its anonymous, bring a friend with u that u know very well and make it a trip, buses r still very cheap i think its no biggie, most big hospitals dont even ask ur name at the std clinics or they dont care at all, u dont need to tell them ne private information, they just give u ur drugs and ur outta there, theyre not so nasty nice about it and they do a good job. your health should b foremost no matter who thinks what.
    btw pap tests dont hurt
