I'm getting a tattoo

of an eye...

putting it right on my ribcage where my right side curves into my middle back...

this wednesday!


I"M PSYACHED!

 

tattoos kick ass. I wanna get my whole back done. And my shoulders down to my elbows... and a little bit on my chest.

I want to be able to have a t-shirt on and look clean cut and responsible, then take it off like "here I am motherfucker!"

 

Exciting! But scary, a lot of guys don't do well with ribs.

Post pictures. And tell us all about it!

 

My ribs are some of the last free space I have left for tattoos; but I have no ideas.

 

yeah, i hear ribs hurt.... but i have a bunch of tattoos and whatnot...

high tolerance for pain, we'll see how it ranks compared to arms, legs, back, shoulders etc.


hahah Sam, i like how you think. i never planned it, but i know i'll be covered in tattoos in a few years... im just not rushing it because im putting quality before quantity and it gets expensive.

i already have a few tattoos that are visible when i wear t-shirt and shorts... and it feels good. i know what you mean by "here i am motherfucker!"; i'm going for more of a "this is me, you are you" which is often misconstrued "dont fuck with me, i enjoy pain." which isn't untrue, but its not what im not trying for that so its really a matter of perception.

yeah, i went and got it done yesterday...

it looks really sweet. getting it done was not very painful compared to my other large tattoos. i got it on my back, not my ribs.

ill get my camera charged and upload soon.

How was the pain factor?

 

it was pretty bad for about 10 minutes, but then it got easy to handle... 1 hour and 15 minutes flew by in what seemed like 20 minutes.

on 1-10 it was 3 or 4

my guy is soooo good, the other tats he gave me healed in a week and i dont bleed out at all.

 

eyes are the window to the soul...
