so I think I have decided that Ima brush today....

Im probably gonna brush, let my hair grow for another year, then start locking again.
I really do not like having short hair and its to the point now where they are starting to shrink ALOT, and I have a feeling they will be up around my chin soon. do not want

You'll brush them out, regain some length, and then they'll shrink back again barely longer than they are now anyway, to a length as if you'd just left them locked for a year.....which isn't much...

 

Don't do it.

 

dude, the length thing bothers me too, but not to the point where brushing then relocking later will help.

dreads will shrink no matter how long the hair is to start.

mine was over half-way down my back and now i have chin length dreads, so I'm just ignoring them and impatiently waiting to see some growth

just one of those things you need to wait out and let your hair do its thing.

 

so me and mother have been brushing for 7 hours straight...arent even halfway done. such a bitch to brush haha

 

use paul mitchell detangler it works wonders its what i did

even tho im still figuring out why i brushed
