I have read in many sources that the best time for yoga is early in the morning when the sun is rising. But that would mean going to sleep pretty early and I don't have that luxury. Anybody got some advice?:peace:

I think (could be wrong lol) that is because Hindus traditionally get up early and pray to the sun before starting their day.

But you don't really need to do this. If you can face towards the sunlight during yoga or relax after your practice in its light you can still honour the power of the sun.

Doing yoga no matter what time you wake up is a great way to start your day! :)

    Hope I helped somewhat...?
