This may seem like a strage question

    But does anybody know what percentage alcohol 'silverspoon rum flavouring' is? The ingredients are listed in the following order 'ethanol, water, flavouring.' so it's definately over 33%. I'd say by tasting it that it's possibly around 70-80%, and i tried burning some in the dark and it burnt quite bright blue. Incase your wondering, it's for making green dragon with...not for drinking.

    Alcahol burns down to 90 proof or 45% to convert proof to percent divide by 2. For example Bacardi 151 is 151 proof or 75.5% alcohol.
