I don't want to freak anyone out or get into anyone's business. In my heart I'm a rasta, for the record Caucasian too. I listen to the message of reggae all the time, go to shows, but mostly just try to do good & follow my heart. I'm also into Thoreau & Taoism. I feel this world is crazy & I want to enjoy it without being greedy. My current plan is to manage apartments until I finish aviation school & then get a job flying. I also want to live in the woods & grow plants. Hard life, might die, but it feels good away from Babylon. When I'm an old man, I expect herb will be legal, i can fly my plane & meet people & enjoy. I might fail, in which I would just not have the plane & have to start poor. Where are good places to get involved? If I quit my job today I'd drive down to Humboldt & find a way to get food & not get killed. Is it hard to make friends & live as a rasta in the woods, you know, are there many places for this behavior to grow? Where would you go? I don't have much interest in money except to get food that I can't learn to find outdoors. Would I get shot or get taken advantage of pretty bad? I'd just want to make some friends & grow various plants, & live in a teepee, which I can make. I grew up in washington and have little to complain about, except wanting to live a different way someday. I've been a beach bum, I've worked on an organic farm doing the hard stuff, I've grown indoors & am currently managing apartments in the ghetto & going to school to fly airplanes. I quit smoking, because it's too hard for me to deal with high workload & it became too difficult of a challenge to maintain smoking. I love herb though and want it to be part of my future, later. It's not getting high that does it for me, I like growing plants. When I smoke it's like a couple times a month, always has been my style of smoking. So, is there good places for hardworking rastas who want to live hard & peacefully? PM or ask me to edit out anything not good. TLTR: Where can newer generation people find a peaceful place to be homeless or be mountain people around other good folks? Not for lazy people really, mostly tired of Babylon & alternative lifestyle.
wouldn't want to involve plane until it's legal. mostly just looking for places to be accepted. Jamaica has all kinds of scary problems, but it's an option. Cali or Hawaii seem easier.
oceanside is a very cool plance man most people are very nice but obviously there are some jerk offs too other than the rude people it is a great place to live...that or carlsbad
when i get time, I'll go on a road trip and visit from washington. want to check out canada and alaska too.
I live in Humboldt right now, and I can tell you its a good place to grow bud since the county has pretty much voted to make it legal. You just gota get your medical card, which I got with no pre-existing condition just told the "doc" I couldnt sleep at night. In humboldt county you can legaly grow 99 plants outdors, and 50 plants indoors with a card. Plus the "legal" limit you can have on yourself at one time if you got a card is a pound. So as you can see weed is pretty much legal in humboldt. And the shit about getting killed is 100 percent bullshit, unless you step foot near my crop boy!
This guy I knew growing up is a Caucasian Rasta. All he does is smoke weed and paint all day, and gets paid disability money. His only disability is smoking too much weed, I think. You should try that.
what happens when people accidentally set foot next to people's crops, or does that happen much? wouldn't want to lose a limb or my head looking for tasty berries, mushrooms & veggies. being a ghetto apartment manager, welfare is a turn off, i like to walk on my own legs. lol, smoking too much disables me too, at least when I have a chinese slave driver setting the standards & workload. here's some reggae dancehall i like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8p_vCJU7Go Tippa Irie - Come on (ft Chali 2na) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DGm_wJb2lI0 yellow man - morning ride https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ueRPWnnuk6Q niyorah - nothing to prove https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jz2dA_moLyE Ras Shiloh - sea of love https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Uommqeh7Yo Pato Banton - Life is a miracle
does happen that much, most farms are way deep in the forest. I go to Humboldt state and i actually went on a mushroom identification walk through the forest in my botany class, the teacher pointed out which ones where physcadelic, it was pretty wild.
