not crazy at all. sometimes XR means that the capsule just disolves slower, which releases the meds slower.

take the capsule apart and crush the little balls (if its adderall) into powder and eat it.

I do this all the time, as the only amphetamines available are 30mgs time release Adderall. What I do is empty the beads from the capsule(s) into a shotglass. Then take the back end of a small screwdriver and crush them up real fine like a mortar and pestle. After that just take the powder and parachute it with rolling papers, toilet paper, etc.

the only time i've ever tried snorting adderall xr it was a mess; the little balls kept falling out of my nose in the middle of class... but it was finals weeks so i was being a little spacey in the first place, ha.

a good way to get an intense, long-lasting speed from adderall xr is to take one normally, then empty the contents of another into a glass of water/soda/whatever and drink it. that way you get the fast/strong effects and it lasts a looooong time.
