That's good. Cereal fillers are more crap they put in dog food. One of my friends had a dog that was hyper and barking all the time. They were feeding it nothing but dog food with cereal fillers and other cheap crap in it. They started feeding him some people food (safe people food) and he calmed down and was much more well-behaved. .
Yeah, I don't think people realize what they put in commercial dog foods... most dogs and cats are allergic to things like corn and that is mainly what most animal foods consist of.... it's messed up.
My family dog licked off our plates(prewash for dishwasher, LOL) occasionally she got some human food but mostly dog food. She was very active healthy dog, til she found anti-freeze somewhere.
My dog has been taught to eat only out of his bowl, when he was small he ate some chicken bones when we were out for a walk, it made him sick and he cried when he pooed it out, so we taught him that. We cook meat for him like chicken beef and lamb, but no bones! He has dog treats like chew sticks and stuff.
All of this talk takes care of the front end. For the other end, this is available: http://www.inventionconnection.com/BOOTHS/booth111.html .
haha, mind would probably like that, my nieces put T Shirts and stuff on him and he walks around in them lol, they even painted his nails pink once lol, my dad wasn't too pleased
It contains theobromine a compound that is toxic to dogs. It's present more in darker chocolates, and if it's a larger dog, giving it one milk chocolate bar won't really kill it. It's still pretty rough on the digestive system. Since white chocolate doesn't contain it, you can safely give white chocolate to dogs.
i give my dog some leftovers. it seems a shame to waste them when there's not enough to bother saving. saves us on a little bit of dog food, at any rate.
For the most part dogs and humans can eat the same stuff though, and it's often better for dogs to have fresh food than canned lead food made overseas.
hehe... she must have been being quite ferocious if he needed the pepper spray! That gave me a much needed chuckle.
