an oz for $60

a dude my brother works with said he could get us an oz of shrooms for $60....does this sound legit to anybody? i'm really not too familiar with shrooms, like at all, and i would hate for my bro to get ripped off....

 

That sounds like a good deal to me. As long as the shrooms are legit.

 

that's just the thing - i don't know anything about this guy, so i have no idea how good/legit the shrooms are going to be. not that i'd really be able to tell, anyways, like i said, i don't know jack about shrooms, never done em.
i'm hoping this is a good deal, i'm excited about getting to [finally] do some shrooms, i just don't wanna waste my money on bunk when i could have bought some pot instead lol...

If dude is cultivating, he may just have more than he knows where to get rid of.

The liver thing is something to be cautious with as some varieties of Amanita destroy said organ, but we're hopefully not dealing with those.

Thats the one thing which bugs me about cali, I cant even order freaking spores here...

look at the bag. if its that then buy it. make sure you look at the bag. anytime u make a blind investment you have a good chance of getting ripped off. do not give the money to anyone intill you approve of the product. dont give ur money to ur bro to buy it inless u actually look at them and see them for yourself ya know. so just look at it. if its that buy it. if not fuck itt. dont put urself in situations where u can loose ur money. its foolish

well, i just got home about 20 mins ago from my brother's and he already bought them. I'll post pics of them here in a few, as soon as I can get them off the camera and stuff...

They're REALLY moist, and there's sort of a bluish tint on some parts.....idk, like i said i'll post pics here in a bit....

 

this is about 1/3 of what my brother got. we picked out what (we think) might be the best of the bunch, but....hell if i know. what do yall think? i have a few more pics if need be, they're really big tho lol....

so would we just like eat the stuff on the right hand side? are the stems or whatever on the left of any use, or can they be eaten like the caps as well? and as far as the little thing in the middle, we didn't know what the hell that is. it looks like a seed of some kind or something like that, but.....idk.

In my opinion, as a person who handles fresh and dried cubensis quite often, those are indeed cubes. They are fresh, so unless you are going to eat them all tonight or tomorrow dry them now. Get them cracker dry before storing them.

How much do they weigh out to? 28grams or 280grams?

Both the stems and the caps contain psychedelic compounds in similar amounts.

The thing in the middle looks like a cap from an immature mushroom. If that is the case then it is ok to eat too. If it is a seed it was probably from the growing process. A lot of growers use grains and seeds as mushroom food.

 

Yeah definitely cubes, however, if you bought an ounce of wet mushrooms it was for sure a rip, most legit peeps don't sell wet mush unless they specifically specify. It's actually quite a common "trick", as said before dry them out and weigh them to dose 2-3 grams is a good start, also I'd call the dude out if he only sold an ounce wet for 60

 

Yeah, those are definitely fresh Cubensis. And theyre 90% water. So your ounce is actually probably less than 3 dry grams.
