    Some people suck on cracked ice, although too much liquid should be avoided. Chew on a lot of dill pickles or olives. Waxed cheeses, such as Gouda and Edam travels well. Reese's peanut butter cup, Butterfinger, and Milky Way. Pilot bread is another good thing for bad weather.

    Eating pickles makes me gag even when I'm not already sick...
    Ginger tea is good, crackers and peanutbutter, toast.
