I've heard of astral projection, don't think it has anything to do with music.

    Astral Projection is the shit!

They never come to my neck of the woods, but one of these days when they come back to the USA I'm road tripping. A few friends and I are about the only people out here that know of them.

They have stayed allot more true to the GOA sound then most.

^^yea, i've never seen em live or anything, but that'd be a dream come true....they are by far one of the best psytrance/goa artists out there...that's cool you actually know who i'm talking about, i was afraid i'd be the only one on here that listens to them lol....
have you ever heard their "Chaos (bizzare contact remix)"? Definitely one of their best, besides "Dancing Galaxy"....

To bad this thread wasn't made a couple months earlier, they were in Cali last month. I don't know to much of their music but one of their songs I've had a moment with.

Burning up I think its called.

They're good, Strong Depth, long running beats/tracks.

WTF does that mean? That's sad. Unless it's some local dj i don't see how you could forget who you have seen. I certainly have not forgotten seeing Shpongle, Infected Mushroom, Chemical Brothers, Rabbit in the Moon , etc. A good dj or band transcends the drugs.

    Yep it's very sad.

I started going to psytrance/ambient gigs and festivals before I really had a chance to get into the music. My ex used to love it all and so I went with him. Not having 100% interest and being high most of the time I don't remember a lot of musicians I have seen! I just went.. danced and loved it. It was around 2004 I started to get into it all. I was 16.

I have been to so many. But If I don't remember then I might as well have not seen them. I know this.

I saw infected mushroom in 2008 .. I was much more into it all then and couldn't forget. Saw chemical brothers too. I would love to see Shpongel, I wouldn't forget them.

Chemical Brothers are the best DJ's ive seen thus far. I went on a couple of quality ecstasy pills and Goddamn they took me for a ride. Shpongle was a close second, I actually prefer Shpongle's music and the setlist he chose was amazing especially for the club, but I don't think he's quite as proficient at actually Djing as The CHemical Brothers.

Faithless.. I know isn't really a dj set.. but man it was a shockingly amazing gig. It was like being at a rave with thousands of people. The old guy has a lot of energy!

I would take shpongel's music over chemical brothers any day but I know what you mean about the djing.

I know what i'm about to claim is very debatable but I think The Chemical Brothers are the closest thing Electronic Music has ever had to The Beatles.

Their ability to mix genuinely cool/quality music and still maintain pop sensibilities is amazing. Shpongle just touches my heart and soul a bit more but I don't think they appeal to as a wide a range of listeners as it's very psychedelic music.
