Cumming more than once in same condom?

Hi all

Is it safe to orgasm more than once while having sex, without changing condoms? Often after having an orgasm I'm still hard inside my girlfriend and want to keep going but I'm not sure whether to ask her to pause to change condoms or not (which would break the mood obviously).

If I kept going during sex until I came 2-3 times and then removed the condom is this safe and normal to do?

Just make sure the condom doesn't fill up too much and explode

 

make a one way valve type thing so that she can suck it out
