This seemed like the most accurate place to start this particular thread =)

i've been thinking long and hard on getting a tattoo, and i believe i've found what i'd like - Buddha's Eyes on the back of my neck.
However, i'd also like to have something in beautiful script.. some sort of Buddhist saying.
i was hoping for something in the theme of "calm center" or "strength", "growth" or "rooted firmly"..
If there are any suggestions for good, solid, true words that i could mark into myself, that would be wonderful! And, if possible, it would be fantastic to find a place or person (online) who would be willing to translate it into Tibetan script! Love the caligraphy-esque feel to it.

    All ideas welcome =)

I don't have a tattoo, but Its something you have to think about. It has to be something YOU feel right about otherwise you might end up regretting it.

Love where your going with it though, if you just keep thinking along those lines I'm sure something good will come out of it.

Also, "an eye for an eye leaves the world blind" is a quote from Ghandi, that'd be pretty cool. Btw kudos for liking him as I assume you do. :hat:

I got the Ttibetan script Om Mani Padme Hum on my back last month. I have wanted it for 15 years. I took a lot of time looking at artists before finding one that would do it exactly how I wanted it. Don't rush into it, take your time. It is something that will be with you for the rest of your life. I took my time and I am glad I did.
