Well I been attemping 69ron's mescaline extraction. On the step where you separate the limonene and the vinegar, I had to use a turkey baster to take the vinegar out. However some of the mixture found its way up into the rubber part. The rubber part is red and I began to see some red dripping down from the top. I immediately washed it out and from then on I made sure not to allow the limonene or the vinegar touch that red part again. It didn't appear that any or a significant amount got into the limonene mixture as there is anything red in the cup. But should I take the chance or am i worried about nothing?
You know what works so good. Is to use ziplock freezer baggies for seperation. Just hang em up by a corner and snip a small hole in the bottom corner to collect and seperate your solutions/solvants. Works for D-limonene, xylene and naphtha. Do not try with acetone.

Ziplock freezer baggies are cheap, easy to get and easy to get rid of. once people turn onto the baggies the revolution is revolutionized. ziplock freezer baggies hold xylene, naphtha, and d-limonene. NO ACETONE!!!! Simply hang one corner and cut a small hole in the bottom one. This is great for your low-pro op. Finely powder 100g SP powder in your electric coffee grinder. Remove cover carefully, turn upside down and tap out powder. Add powder to a clean 2 quart HDPE2 ammonia bottle using a funnel. Add 1300ml regular tap water and turn upside down a few times to mix. Add 3tbsp of NaOH 1tbsp at a time with a dry funnel. Turn upside down a few times to mix. Add 500ml xylene and turn over and over for 5min. Make sure to secure cap when turning over to mix. Allow mixture to set overnite to fully seperate. After full seperation siphon off upper xylene layer with a length of clear plastic tubing into a glass pint jar. Drill a hole in a extra ammonia bottle cap and put your clear tubing through it to hold the tubing still while you quickly start the syphoning process. Later I will have the proper length to set the tubing in order to automatically siphon 350ml. Fill jar to the 350ml mark. Fill a coffee cup with distilled water and microwave on high for 1min and carefully pour 2oz into the salting jar of xylene extract. Add 2 drops of muratic pool acid to the salting jar. Cap and shake for 5min. Seperate using a quart ziplock baggie by hanging bag from one top corner and clipping a small cut in the bottom corner with scissors to slowly seperate solution. Collect the bottom water layer on a large glass baking dish. Make sure to leave some water layer with the xylene to avoid contaminating your evaporation. Return the rest of the solution to the ammonia jug. Repeat the extraction once a day for 5 days adding 1tbsp of NaOH after each pull. Evaporate dish in a 150F oven or with a fan until dry. Scrape and capsulize in '0' caspsules for 350mg doses of clean hcl cactus alkaloids. For higher yields cook larger amounts of powder 3x20min in fresh vitamin c water. Add 1tbsp of vitamin c powder per 1 liter of water. Just simmer for 20min strain and recook pulp. This is done 3x add the volume of extract reduced to 1300ml. The tek is then applied with the concentrated extract solution. Replace xylene with naphtha to extract Psilocybin, DMT, harmaline, cocaine, morphine and ephedrine.
