Been reading up on direct action and i think that a pedestrian's right of way is in need on a road near me, plus i think it would be pretty funny. The plan is to map it out in chalk before it goes dark then sneak back with white paint and paint rollers at like 3am with a friend. If you want something doing; do it yourself. Chances are i'm going to do it anyway but has anybody ever heard of this before, or have any good reason why i shouldn't do it? I know it's technically vandalism but in my opinion it's justified.
Do it! just don't get caught! Stand up to the man! don't be pushed around anymore! It sounds much better than being killed on a dangerous road! Use the right kind of paint too so it doesn't just get cleaned up
Sounds good to me! But, I think the same as Moondrizzle, don't get caught!!!!! And don't under any circumstances tell anyone it was you. The secret of a good clandestine act is keep it fucking secret. Go for it my son!
hah, thanks for the support guys I don't think i'd ever be able to walk past it without smiling/laughing to myself though.
Not that i've heard, but i don't think i'm the only person who thinks there should be one. It's fairly near a primary school but i won't do it right outside just incase.
do it do it......make sure you sweep the road first so the paint sticks and have some cones ready to block traffic..... it would be ironic if you got creamed painting a crosswalk
Well the worst they could do is paint over it, but that would be fairly stupid, especially if it's near a school. You never know, people might even think twice about it.
Hope so people would probably just think it was the council though. Ah well, i don't need credit because at least i will know i've done it.
aha, i can't wait to it's going to be a while before i can do it though because my friend who will be helping me is away, but watch this spot because i'll update back.
