Let her make the decision. and lay down some ground rules. She may want to have sex with you and her, but may not want you to have sex with her friend. While it looks good on paper, be aware of what could possibly happen after you do it. I would suggest doing it with someone other than a friend, that could really mess things up bad even if at the time it seems like everything will be ok, I have been the xtra guy in a 3way before with a friend and his wife and while it was certainly different and stimulating, the day after was a bit funky.
