My favourite film is Harold and Maude, it means a lot to me, has completely changed my life ect.

This post may contain spoilers for people who havent seen Harold and Maude, if you havent seen it, see it now! It is amazing!

For those of you who have seen it, there is a scene where Harold gives Maude a disc with "Harold Loves Maude" on it.

I am thinking of getting "Harold Loves Maude" tattooed on my left wrist or "the earth is my body, my head is in the stars" which Maude says in one of the scenes.

What do you think? This would be my first tattoo so I am a bit nervous about it. I want it to look good and not lame, so any opinions on it would be great :).

    Thanks!

    Blessings

The only advice I can give is to think it over and be sure that's what you want. If that's your joint, I say go for it, it's your tattoo and no one else.
    Peace.

Aww, Harold and Maude is my favorite movie, too! I was thinking about getting a sunflower tattoo as a tribute to Maude, but I have yet to see a sunflower design that I really like or want. and 'Go and love some more' is a quote I'd love to have as well. Hmmmm you've inspired me to start designin' something up! :) You better post pics if you get this!

Hey! I'm so glad you are a fan too! Both your sunflower idea and Maude's quote are brilliant! You could combine the two maybe, who knows :).

If I do get the tattoo I will definitely post pics, and I would love to see yours if you get them!
