Anyone ever think about that infinite amount of time before we were born? We were nonexistent longer than we have existed, and will be nonexistent longer than we have existed after we die. Crazy, huh? It really hard for me to grasp the state of non-existence. Complete Nothingness. I was just throwing this out there for you guys to ponder on.
oh , do you remember you the egg and having thoughts with no words ? i recall a warm figure 8-ness . and then i suppose dreaming within the last moment of dying , and the next last moment unto the tiniest last moment a man's eternal life is lived . peace to the nothingness . . .
Yeah it is crazy. Only reality is real and what is not real does not exist. There is no state of nothingness.
Well since we are existent we can ever really not exist. Or something, because that would be existence.
Since we are existent we can't ever experience non-existence. I imagine it would be the same the other way around.
Why? If you don't exist, you can't experience - so if you've experienced you can't not exist? =S If I eat all my food I will have no food left to eat, that doesn't mean that I couldn't have not eaten all my food. We will all experience non-existence again. Like the dinosaurs, or more properly, like some prehistoric creature we've never found. We can't consciously experience this - but our atoms will. Just like we couldn't consciously experience existence before our atoms came together.
I don't know if I liked the You Win better or not =P They would - but would they remember us? I don't know.
